BENCH AT AURANGABAD WRIT PETITION NO. 2331 OF 2002 Gangabai w/o Gangareddy Bhupatwar Petitioner V E R S U S The State of Maharashtra and others Respondents None present for the petitioner Mr. S.K. Kadam, A.P.P. for respondents/State Mr. R.D. Reddy, Advocate for respondent no.4 CORAM : A. V. NIRGUDE & A. M. BADAR, JJ.

DATE : 7th JULY, 2015 PER COURT :

1.

None appears for the petitioner. Perused the petition. Heard the learned counsel for respondent no.4 and the learned A.G.P.

2.

We found that the purpose of filing of this petition was to protect from taking any adverse action against the petitioner as elected member of Gram Panchayat at the relevant time. The tenure of this post is already over. That appears to be the reason why the petitioner is not attended. The petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
