The petitioner was referred to the Expert Committee constituted at Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad. The Expert Committee examined the petitioner and submitted the report. The report reads thus -

16. Recommendations by Medical Board for termination: Recommended by Medical Method. Surgical intervention & blood transfusion may be required. The risk involved in the said procedure is explained to the patient and her husband. Date and time : 01/02/2021. AT 3.00 PM 2.
The Expert Committee has recommended termination of pregnancy by medical method. The procedure for termination of pregnancy is explained to the petitioner and her husband. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is informed of the risk involved in the said procedure and the petitioner wants to proceed further with termination of pregnancy. 4.
In view of the report of the Expert Committee, the petitioner is permitted to terminate the pregnancy at any government recognized MTP center.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
