By the present Application, the Applicant / original claimant No.2 Vrushali Ravindra Jorvar, has filed the present Application and seeks permission to withdraw her share of 20% of compensation with interest, deposited by the non-Applicant No.1 Insurance Company before this Court in pursuance of the judgment and award dated 06.05.2016 passed by the Member, M.A.C.T., Newasa District Ahmednagar in M.A.C.P. No.172 of 2014

(( 2 )) 966-CA-1741-2025 (Old No.337 of 2010), which has been modified by this Court vide judgment and order dated 15.10.2016 in First Appeal No.3209 of 2016.

Since the Appeal has been disposed of, the Registry of this Court is directed to pay the share of the present Applicant out of the deposited amount with interest accrued thereon, on identification of the Applicant.
