Heard Mr. Kasar, learned Advocate appearing for appellant. He submits that while filing application before District Judge seeking permission to sale minor's property, requisite details as regards educational expenses and benefit of minor were not employed in application. As such application sans requirement of law. 2.

Learned District Judge rejected said application due to aforesaid reason. He therefore, seeks permission to withdraw Civil M.A. No. 77 of 2022, with liberty to file fresh application under Hindu Minority and Guardian's Act.

Considering submissions advanced appellant is permitted to withdraw Civil M.A. No. 77 of 2022 with liberty to file comprehensive application as per law.

In result, First Appeal stands disposed off.
