This application is filed for condonation of delay of 84 days for bringing on record LRs of sole deceased appellant, who died on 07th August, 2020.

The said fact is confirmed with copy of death certificate filed on record. Learned counsel for respondents opposed to the grant of application.

Considering the fact that the deceased died during Covid - 19 pandemic, that ground itself is sufficient to condone the delay. 1/2

Hence, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'b' and 'c'.

Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks. 5.

Learned counsel for the appellant undertakes to carry out amendment within the stipulated time.

By consent of both sides, matter be kept for admission on 19th June, 2023.
