In a suit being Special Civil Suit No. 185 of 2008 for declaration and perpetual injunction, filed by respondents-plaintiffs, the appellant-original defendant suffered a decree. The defence of the appellant is, his title to the suit property is conclusive based on mutation entry. Mutation entry is already upset in Revenue proceedings and not questioned by the appellant. 4.

In view thereof, I hardly notice any substantial question of law in appeal. As such, appeal fails and stands dismissed.
