The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Head Master has submitted service book to respondent No. 3 for verification. Respondent No. 3 be directed to verify the service book and also extend the benefits of 7th Pay Commission to the petitioner. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

In case the service book is forwarded to respondent No. 3 by the Head Master (Page 34) for verification and the same is pending with respondent No. 3, then respondent No. 3 shall verify the said service book preferably within a period of four months. So also, if the application/proposal is pending with respondent No. 3 for extending the benefits of 7th Pay Commission (page 36), then the same shall also be

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
