PER COURT:- 1.

The matter appears to have been filed in public interest. The petition was basically filed seeking directions to construct and develop the Aurangabad and Paithan Road in front of Nath Seeds Company as per the Development Plan in straight line and by constructing a new bridge.

In view of that, as the work of widening of bridge is already completed, nothing would survive in the present petition.
