PER COURT :- 1.

The applicant is convicted for the ofence punishable under Section 142 of the Bombay Police Act and is sentenced to sufer simple imprisonment for six months and to pay fne of Rs.2,000/-. Appeal preferred by him has been dismissed.

Considering the quantum of sentence, I am inclined to suspend the substantive sentence. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

(i) Substantive sentence is suspended till the disposal of the revision.

(ii) Applicant be released on P.R.Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

(iii) Bail in trial Court.

(iv) Criminal Application is disposed of.
