1) Heard. First Appeal Nos.1165/2008 and 1232/2008 arise out of the same Judgment and Award, one is filed by the original claimants; whereas the other is filed by the acquiring body. 2) The present application is filed for deletion of name of deceased appellant No.1-1 - Khatunbee.

3) For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay caused in filing the application is condoned. Abatement, if any, is set aside. Necessary amendment be carried out in the both the aforesaid appeals within two weeks. CA stands disposed of.

4) In all these matters, Shri Deshmukh was appearing for the original claimants. Since Shri Deshmukh has now become AGP, he prays for discharge from these matters.

5) Mr.

R.J.Nirmal has entered his appearance in the matters on behalf of the claimants and undertakes to file his Vakalatnama within a week.
