This matter was heard for some time. When we recorded that the petitioner is a 32 years old male, is married, has one child and is working as a temporary sweeper in the same Municipal Corporation for about 5 to 7 years and that he is not related to the lady in whose place he is seeking compassionate appointment, the learned advocate for the petitioner sought a pass over to take instructions. After the matter was called out, the learned advocate for the petitioner submitted, on instructions, that the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition.

In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed, as withdrawn on instructions.
