During pendency of criminal application no.3121 of 2019 charge-sheet has been submitted. Criminal application no.373 of 2022 is fled for carrying out the amendment.

In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the criminal application no.373 of 2022, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and accordingly disposed off.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in respect of the same incident, both the parties have fled complaints against each others and in consequence thereof, separate crimes came to be registered. Learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 in this case submitted that the parties have arrived at amicable settlement. Learned counsel for respondent no.2 submits that respondent no.2 alongwith others has also fled an application bearing criminal application no.295 of 2020 seeking quashing of the FIR.

Stand over to 16.3.2022. List the criminal application no.295 of 2020 alongwith this application for hearing on the next date of hearing.
