Heard the learned advocates for the parties for some time.

This application is for condonation of delay of 5759 days caused in filing the appeal.

Application is vehemently opposed by the learned

However, considering that the appeal is filed by the claimants whose land is acquired, this court is inclined to allow the application.

The application stands allowed subject to cost of Rs.2,500/- to be paid in the office of Legal Services Authority, High Court of Judicature of Bombay Bench at Aurangabad within four weeks.

6.

It is made clear that the applicants shall not be entitled to receive any interest on the enhanced amount for delayed period.
