Vide order dated 05/07/2023, this court had directed offce to submit report whether the present appeal can be transferred to the concerned District Court. The offce submitted report that effect dated 11/07/2023 mentioning that since the valuation of the suit property is below Rs. 1 crore, the appeal can be transferred to concerned District Court, Latur. Both the learned counsel for the rival parties are agree for the same.

In view of the same, the offce is directed to transfer this appeal to the concerned Principal District Judge, Latur for disposal according to law.
