By a detailed order dated 10/12/1999, this Court directed the petitioner/Management to continue respondent No.1 as a Lecturer. He had already been reinstated and hence this Court directed his continuance in employment.

It is informed that respondent No.1, who was subsequently confirmed in service, was also promoted as a Principal. 3.

Considering the above and in the light of the statement made, this petition is rendered infructuous and is, therefore, disposed of. Rule is discharged.
