Petitioner is admittedly an encroacher and the encroachment made by him on the Government land has been removed by the Tahsildar on instructions from the Block Development Officer. 2.

Since the petitioner does not have any entitlement to the Government land, the relief claimed in the instant petition seeking directions to respondents to allow him to raise construction on the Government land, cannot be granted.
