Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal has been given for grant in aid to the Gym run by the petitioner in August 2014. The said proposal is given to respondent no.03. However, decision is not taken on the same, as yet. According to the petitioner, respondent no.02 is competent to take decision on the said proposal.

Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that he has no instruction in the matter.

If the petitioner has submitted proposal to respondent no.03 for grant in aid to run Gym, then respondent no.03 with his noting shall forward the proposal to respondent no.02 within a period of three months from the date of this order. In case, respondent no.02 is competent to take decision on the said proposal, then he shall take decision on the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of proposal by him.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
