The learned counsel for the parties submits that the parties have entered into the compromise before the learned trial court. The copy of the same is filed here. The parties further submits that the compromise would be recorded before the learned trial court but at present the same is not being done before the trial court in view of the interim orders of this court.

The compromise is permitted to be recorded before the trial court.
