By the order dated 16.06.2023 passed in Civil Application No.5444/2023 in Public Interest Litigation No.60/2022, this Court had directed the District Collector, Hingoli, to ensure that the Revenue Recovery Certificate (RRC) in the given case is executed, inclusive of statutory admissible interest component, within 90 days. The present case in hand is also pertains to the office of the District Collector, Hingoli. 3.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed

*2* 958wp1274o24 off with a direction to the said District Collector to issue appropriate orders within 30 days to the concerned Tahasildar and ensure that the RRCs dated 17.03.2023 and 01.08.2023 are executed expeditiously and without causing any delay. 4.
