The parties to the present appeals are present before the Panel accompanied by their learned Counsel and Assistant Government Pleaders. The parties have tendered the settlement terms before the Panel. It is submitted that, the parties have settled the matters amicably in terms of the compromise. The terms of compromise are in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the following order is passed.

ORDER
