ORDER :

The application is filed by original claimant for permission to withdraw the amount. The application is filed as applicant has become major and order was made to keep the amount in fixed deposit at the time when he was minor and when the appeal was decided. The learned counsel for applicant makes a statement that the decision of this Court was not challenged by other side in Supreme Court. In view of these circumstances, the application is allowed. Amount is to be released in favour of present applicant.
