PER COURT :- 1) Counsel for review applicant is absent.

2) The applicant, by this review petition, seeks review of order dated 16th January, 2007 passed by the Division Bench of this court in Writ Petition No.5751/2006. 3) The review applicant was selected for the post of Live Stock Supervisor as against the category of ExServiceman. Noticing that the petitioner/review applicant does not fall in the category of Ex-Serviceman but is a Ward of an Ex-Serviceman, the appointing authority had recalled its order at later point of time. It is not a matter of dispute that the post, in question, was earmarked for a candidate belonging to Ex-serviceman and the benefit was not expected to be extended to the wards of Ex-serviceman. The decision of the appointing authority cannot be faulted. There is no substance in the review petition, as such, the same stands rejected.
