Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent No.1. Mr. Pulkundwar, the learned counsel waives notice for respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

Mr. Kulkarni, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that request was made for change in the name of the person seeking benefit of the appointment on compassionate ground. The Zilla Parishad has already referred the same to Respondent No.1. However, respondent No.1 has not taken any decision upon it as yet.

We have heard learned AGP and Mr.Pulkundwar, learned counsel for the respondents.

It appears that respondent No.2 has already referred the matter for the opinion of respondent No.1. In view of that, we pass following order:

Respondent No.1 shall take decision upon the proposal forwarded by Respondent No.2 (Exhibit D page

13) on its own merits, expeditiously, preferably within six months from today.
