The learned A.G.P. submits that the petitioner has remedy before the Commissioner against the order passed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad.

In the light of that, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All contentions of the parties are kept open. No costs.
