This petition raises disputed question of fact and without adjudication by the Grievance Committee, which is constituted by respondent No.2, no relief can be granted in this petition. In that view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed with direction to the committee to take decision on the grievance raised by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, however, within four weeks from today. Needless to observe that all the contentions raised on the merits of this petition are left open to be agitated before the Grievance Committee and the Grievance Committee to consider the same. We have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of.
