DATE :- 28th January, 2020 Per Court :- The tribe claims of petitioner Nos.1 and 2 are pending with the Scrutiny Committee since 2005 and 2019, respectively. Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 are the son and father. Petitioner No.2 has taken voluntary retirement and for the retiral benefits, the validity certificate is required. We have heard the learned AGP also.

Considering the above, we pass the following order :- (a) Respondent No.2/ Committee shall decide the validity claims of the petitioners on their own merits, expeditiously and preferably within FOUR MONTHS from the date of the appearance of the petitioners.
