This is an application for setting aside order passed by the Registrar on 23.06.2014 thereby refusing registration of the writ petition and, for condonation of delay of 217 days occurred in presenting the civil application. Heard. For the reasons stated in the application, application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. Delay occurred in presenting the application stands condoned. Order passed by the Registrar on 23.06.2014 stands quashed and set aside. Writ petition is restored to its original number. Applicant to remove office objections within a period of four weeks from today. In the event of failure, order passed in the instant application shall stand recalled without reference to the court. Civil application stands disposed of.
