DATE :- 28th January, 2020 Per Court :- At present no coercive step has been taken against the petitioner by the employer on the ground of pendency of the validation proceeding. In case, the employer issues a notice to the petitioner and/or intends to take an adverse action, the petitioner will be at liberty to agitate against the same. The tribe claim of the petitioner is pending consideration since 2002.

It is submitted that the vigilance was conducted in 2015 and the petitioner has also filed the say to the vigilance report. However, the validation proceeding is not yet decided.

Considering the above, Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee shall decide the pending validation proceeding of the petitioner

*2* 16wp1755o20 expeditiously and preferably within FOUR MONTHS from the date of the appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 06.02.2020. This Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No Costs.
