ORDER :

1.

The application is filed for suspension of substantive sentence. The appellant is convicted and sentenced for offences punishable under sections 7, 13 (1) (d) r/w. 13 (2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. The maximum sentence of four years is given and fine is also imposed. This Court has gone through the reasoning given by the Trial Court. A statement was made that entire fine amount has been deposited and the appellant was on bail during trial. He has been in custody since 29.1.2015. 2.

In view of these circumstances, the application is allowed. Substantive sentence is suspended. The applicant is to

Cri. Appln. No. 566/15 be released on bail on his furnishing PR and SB of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand).
