DATE :- 28th January, 2020 Per Court :- The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending before the Scrutiny Committee. The employer has issued the notice to the petitioner to submit a validity certificate or else further action would be taken. The learned AGP accepts the notice for all the respondents. Respondent No.2/ Scrutiny Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner preferably within NINE MONTHS from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 13.02.2020. The impugned notice is quashed and set aside. Respondent No.3/ employer shall not take an adverse action against the petitioner

*2* 17wp1765o20 only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. The employer can take further action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Scrutiny Committee.
