We are informed that the pending proceedings before the Hon'ble Chief Minister are likely to be taken up tomorrow. The application filed by the present Petitioner to restrain the disqualified member of the Nagarpanchayat from participating in the proceeding and the meeting, is also pending before the Hon'ble Chief Minister.

Since this Court has already passed an order on 01/02/2023 in Writ Petition No.929/2023, expecting the Hon'ble Chief Minister, to decide the proceedings within 16 weeks and as a Contempt Petition is also pending, it would not be appropriate

1383.24wp (2) for this Court, to repeatedly pass same orders. The Court dealing with the Contempt Petition would consider, as to whether the concerned person is guilty of contempt or not. 3.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
