1) The application is filed for permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the acquiring body. It appears that the appeal filed by the acquiring body came to be dismissed on 20-8-2015. Copy of the said decision is produced on the record. Learned counsel for the acquiring body submits that this decision was not challenged. In view of this circumstance, the application is allowed. Amount is to be disbursed as per the award made by the Reference Court.
