The learned AGP submits that Complaint (ULP) No.269/1996 has not been mentioned in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the judgment dated 17.11.2016. Three complaints are to be decided by the Industrial Court at Jalna. Complaint (ULP) Nos.268/1996 and 170/1996 are mentioned in

Considering the above, this motion is allowed. Complaint (ULP) No.269/1996 shall be mentioned in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the judgment dated 17.11.2016. Correction be carried out accordingly and corrected copy be issued.
