The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant would be satisfed if direction is given to the Trial Court to expeditiously dispose of the matter. The incident took place in the year 2016, so the matter is old one. There will be few witnesses to give evidence in the matter.

In view of the nature of allegations, this court is disposing of the present matter as not pressed with a direction to the Trial Court that the Trial Court shall dispose of the matter within six months from today.
