1] Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2] We are inclined to dispose of present writ petition in view of the submission so made that the petitioner's prayer can be granted in view of the judgment passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.8549/2013 on 21.11.2013 whereby interpreting the similar provisions, this Court has directed the respondents to correct / change the details as prayed.
WP 1998/17 - 2 - 3] Learned AGP also accepts the position in view of the judgment so referred above.
