Heard learned counsel for the parties. These applications have been moved for modification of the order dated 12/12/2019. The applicant claims to be the power-of-attorney of the original claimant Jagannath. He seeks withdrawal of the amount in the capacity as a power-of-attorney. The document of power-of-attorney has been executed way back in 2018. It is not an irrevocable powerof-attorney. The same can be revoked at any time. It is not known whether the same is still in force. The power-of-attorney was not a party before the Reference Court. Now the amount of compensation can directly be paid in the Bank Account of the original claimant. The applications, therefore, stand rejected.
