After this matter was heard, the pass over was granted beyond lunch.

The learned A.G.P., after taking instructions from Shri. Namdeo Tilekar, the Sub Divisional Officer, Beed, submits that the petitioners would be paid their compensation on or before 30.12.2022, without fail.

In view of the above, the learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the statement may be record and the concerned officer may be informed that disobedience of this order would amount to an aggravated contempt.

In view of the above, this contempt petition is disposed off by

cp140.21 -2recording the statement of the above Officer. There shall be no extension of time beyond 30.12.2022. If this order is not complied with, the concerned Officer, who has made the statement, wherever he may be posted or may have retired, would be considered to have committed aggravated contempt.
