Respondent no.1 has moved present application for disposal of the Second Appeal in terms of the compromise deed. 2.

Mr Nagargoje, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that the applicant has expired and he needs to take steps for bringing L.Rs. on record and for that purpose seeks four weeks time.

By way of last chance, the matter is adjourned for four weeks to enable the learned Counsel to take steps for bringing legal representatives of the applicant on record.
