Heard learned counsel for appearing parties.

Having regard to the nature of dispute and particularly to section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, the petitioner has an alternate remedy available as contended on behalf of respondent no. 4 by learned counsel Mr N. R. Solunke. 3.

In view of the same, writ petition is not being entertained and is disposed of, leaving it open to petitioner to have recourse to possible alternate remedy available.

For a period of two weeks from today, in the circumstances, status-quo as on today be maintained by the parties.
