The issue involved in the present matters are no longer res­integra in view of the Full Bench Judgment of this Court dated 30.04.2019 in Writ Petition No. 8387 of 2013 with connected writ petitions. It has been held by the Full Bench that even if the employees are appointed prior to 01.11.2005 and the 100% grant in aid is received after 01.11.2005 they would be governed by DCPS. 2.

In the light of above, the writ petitions are dismissed. No costs.
