By way of the present writ petition, petitioner is challenging the judgment and order dated 23.12.2005 passed by the learned Jt. Civil Judge J.D. Dhule in Election Petition no.1 of 2005. The Grampanchayat election dated 19.6.2005 for the period of 2005 to 2010 came to be challenged by preferring an election petition on the ground that respondent no.2 in collusion with respondent no.1 added eight invalid votes.
