Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Learned Advocate Mr. Joshi holding for learned Advocate for Mr. Natu waives notice for respondent Nos. 4 and 5. In fact it is not necessary to issue notice to the other respondents taking into consideration the limited issue involved. It appears that by order dated 19th September 2023, in the main Petitions notices were issued to the respondents and the petitioners were directed to remove the office objections within four weeks. It was the conditional order stating that in case the petitioners fail to remove the office objections within four weeks, the Petitions would stand dismissed automatically without further reference to the Court. It appears that the petitioners failed to remove the office objections and therefore, the conditional order came into existence. The applicants submit that there was some
communication gap between the petitioners and the Advocates which has led to non removal of the office objections. 2.
The petitioners / applicants are now ready to remove the office objections. Under the said circumstance, the Applications stand allowed. The impugned order to the extent of conditional order stands recalled. The Writ Petitions are restored to its original numbers and stage. Office objections, if any, be removed within a period of two weeks from today.

In Writ Petitions, learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Learned Advocate Mr. Joshi holding for learned Advocate Mr. Natu waives notice for respondent Nos.4 and 5. Reissue notices to the rest of the respondents, to be made returnable on 2nd April 2024.
