Present application has been filed for setting aside the order of learned Registrar (Judicial). No notice was issued to the respondent earlier and, therefore, it is not necessary that the notice of this application should be served on the respondent. 2.

The objections were raised and the time of one week was given for removal by order dated 12.03.2020. It appears that thereafter lockdown was declared and, therefore, according to the applicant, he could not remove the office objections and, therefore, the said conditional order has come in operation. Now, he is ready to remove the office objections. Under such circumstance, the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) is hereby set aside.
