1] The grievance of the petitioner is that he is not given choice posting as per the Government Resolution. The petitioner is working in PESA/Tribal area.

2] The posting is to be given in accordance with the vacancies available. Unless the vacancies are available at the place of choice of petitioner, the posting cannot be given. The petitioner has already approached the Chief Executive Officer for the said purpose.

3] The petitioner may prosecute application/representation with the Chief Executive Officer

1520.22WP as per the notification dated 23.07.2018 and Government Resolution dated 05.03.2015. The Chief Executive Officer shall take decision upon the said representation in accordance with law and considering the availability of the vacancies, expeditiously and preferably within a period of one month from the date of communication of the order of this Court.

4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
