Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. The learned counsel submits that proposal is submitted by the Headmaster of the School seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner No.2 as Shikshan Sevak in the year 2013.

Learned Advocate for respondent No.3 submits that in case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner No.2 as Shikshan Sevak is pending, the respondent Education officer would decide the same on its own merits.

In the light of above, we pass the following order: In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner No.2 as Shikshan Sevak

(Exh.J page 26) is pending, respondent No.3 Education Officer, shall take decision upon it on its own merits in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within six months.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
