Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

As the petitioner is pressing limited prayer namely direction to the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad/respondent No.3 to decide the proposal, the petition is taken up for hearing disposal at the admission stage.

Though various documents are placed on record in support of the contention in the petition, it may not be necessary for us to refer all these details. Suffice to say that the petitioner was possessing requisite qualification and in response of advertisement submitted his application for

( 2 ) wp1809.19 appointment. The petitioner was appointed in the year 2014 and accordingly the institute submitted proposal to the Education Officer on 06.10.2014 for grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner. All the documents are placed on record before the authority and till date as the proposal is not decided the petitioner is not receiving his rightful benefits.

Considering the limited grievance and prayer the petition can be disposed of with direction to respondent No.3 Education Officer to decide proposal submitted to him on 06.10.2014 and received by the Education Officer on 08.10.2014, as expeditiously as possible, and not later than 12 weeks from the date of order of this Court, needless to state on the merits of the proposal.
