The present civil application has been filed for recall of order passed by this Court on 15.12.2023 in Writ Petition No. 13179/2023. 2.

Heard learned advocate Mr. Choudhari holding for learned advocate Mr. Thombre for the applicants, learned Addl. G. P. for respondent Nos. 1 to 4.

Mr. Kedar, learned advocate submits that he is appearing for respondent No. 5.

It is to be noted that, by order dated 25.10.2023 notices were issued and the applicants were directed to deposit an amount of

2 908-CA 2406-2024.odt Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand only) in this Court. It was directed that all the office objections should be removed within a period of four

(04) weeks. The amount came to be deposited as per the order of this Court, however, office objections were not removed within the stipulated period. Thereafter, by common order on 15.12.2023 further time was granted to remove office objections, but it was stated that if the office objections are not removed within extended five (05) weeks, the petition would stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. It appears that, again within the said extended period also the office objections were not removed and therefore, the writ petition stood automatically dismissed.

Now, the applicants are ready to remove the office objections. Hence, the civil application stands allowed and disposed of. The order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 13179/2023 on 15.12.2023 is hereby recalled. The writ petition is restored to its original position. 6.

The applicants to remove office objections within a period of one

(01) week from today.
