This application is for withdrawal of amount deposited by the respondent/insurance company in this Court. Respondent/insurance company has deposited amount of Rs.6,65,433/- which is sought to be withdrawn by the applicants.

I have considered the contents of civil application and the rival submissions of the parties. It is desirable to permit applicants to withdraw 50% of the amount on furnishing undertaking and the balance amount shall be invested in the Nationalized Bank.
