Respondent Nos.3 and 4 have filed the affidavits and in paragraph 4 of the same, it is stated that a sum of Rs.41,27,500/- has been refunded to the Petitioner. The said amount has been deposited in the Petitioner's account. Thus, the order of this Court dated 28.07.2016 has been complied with. The affidavits are taken on record. Though the order of this Court is complied with belatedly, we find that there is no willful breach or violation much less disobedience of the order of this Court.
