The present Civil Application is filed in First Appeal Stamp No.24887 of 2023 which is withdrawn by the Insurance Company before the Lok Adalat. Since, the appeal is withdrawn, the original claim petitioners are entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest.

However, one of the claim petitioners Swapnil Santosh Sonwane has expired. The claim petitioner no.1 Seema Santosh Sonwane is his mother. Therefore, the amount payable to the deceased Swapnil Santosh Sonawane be paid to his mother Seema Santosh Sonawane alongwith accrued

925-ca-2364-2025 interest.
